E-Marketing

One off submission service must be paid for in advance. This service has a maximum 30 day duration which commences once payment has cleared. Commencement date will be confirmed by email.

The monthly retainer option must be paid for within 5 days of commencement date. Commencement date will be confirmed by email with invoice including the payment due date. Working days can include bank holidays and weekends where deemed appropriate by marketing agent. Service will be considered completed upon minimum guaranteed required number of submissions being made (50 via our S.M.N.).

Writing Services

Payment for writing services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Revisions – In the event that you are not happy with your document revisions will be provided for free. Please send us an email with a detailed description of what you wish to be changed. We will make revisions a maximum of three times unless otherwise agreed. In the event that you are still dissatisfied with the services provided, clients will be compensated by way of full or partial reimbursement based on the merits of each individual case. This decision is at the discretion of the manager. For Reviews and Previews clients must provide products at their own cost and we may not be able to return some products free of charge, this will be discussed when booking each job. For Web Content Writing, you provide the brief and we will provide professional content. For Articles/Blog Posts you supply the topic as well as any video's or images you want used and we will provide a professionally written article/post.
To have hard-copy documents returned/sent to you there is a flat rate fee of £5 for postage and packaging.

Blog and E-mail Account Creation

Your blogs web address and your email address may not be able to be changed once created. By agreeing to use these services you agree that we are free to select the most appropriate name available at our own discretion. This will be as closely related to your suggested name(s) as possible.

Your blog will be hosted by Blogger.com and your web address will end with .blogspot.co.uk or blogspot.com (unless not otherwise possible). You are advised to change your password and see Blogger.com’s rules and guides once your blog has been created.

Your e-mail account will be a free Gmail account which should be used at least once every thirty days or it could be deactivated. You are advised to change your password and familiarise yourself with Gmail's rules and help pages. (In occassional cases you will receive a hotmail email account).

You will be sent an email confirming your log in details and instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are amended/kept secure.

Design and Printing Services
All design and printing services must be paid for in advance. The design service package selected determines how many revisions are available to you. In the event that you are still dissatisfied with the services provided, clients will be compensated by way of full or partial reimbursement based on the merits of each individual case. This decision is at the discretion of the manager. You must be free to use any artwork supplied to be printed or incorporated into our designs by owning the copyright or having full consent of the copyright holder. You will hold all legal responsibility for all costs and consequences incurred by us or you in relation to any such artwork supplied to us. We will do our utmost to advise you of any flaws in artwork provided but ultimately we are unable to bear responsibility for the print quality of the final product. If you are dissatisfied in any way all efforts will be made to resolve the issue as swiftly and satisfactorily as possible. All final decisions are at the discretion of the manager.

Important - All Services

You will receive an email confirmation of work to be carried out, payment method and due date and agreed deadline or working period. Once you respond to this email or make any payment you are in agreement to pay the full amount on time and agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Delivery time will be delayed if you fail to send required fee or information requested in a timely fashion. All services rendered will be usable by WNM (WriteNowMarketing or WNM Clothing & Personalisations) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed before work has begun.
Payment can only be accepted by bank transfer (or Paypal, where a 5% surcharge of the total cost will apply).
